About Dianne
Dianne was born in Kingaroy, Queensland, she made the move to Hervey Bay, on the beautiful Fraser Coast in 1998, where, whilst working in other industries, she pursued her longtime passion for art.
Dianne has studied through many tutors and has completed the art course of Perth Technical College. Even to this day she continues to develop her skills to better capture the beauty of nature.
Dianne has won many prizes thanks to her gifted brush, most recently, first prize in both St Mary's Annual Art Exhibition 2006 and Maryborough's Heritage Art Exhibition 2007.
Inspiration
Being brought up on a farm the Artist has a deep love for the beauty of the natural envirionment. Dianne is fascinated by the bold shapes, colours, movement and textures of the unique Fraser Coast, and that is what she captures on the canvas.
